THINGS TO KNOW
• Parking for up to 4 vehicles
• We highly recommend 4-wheel drive during winter weather. Mountain roads are paved and well maintained but are steep and winding, which is common in the Smokies.
• Firewood is not provided for the fireplaces.
• Like most cabins in the Smoky Mountains, occasional ladybugs, stink bugs, and other mountain critters may appear despite regular pest control treatments due to the natural mountain environment.

TRIP INSURANCE RECOMMENDED

Mountain weather and travel conditions can change quickly, especially during winter months. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment. Refunds are not provided outside of the cancellation policy for weather, road conditions, wildlife activity, power/internet outages caused by storms, or other travel-related interruptions beyond our control.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
