Perched alone at the very top of the mountain, this private retreat overlooks Mount LeConte, endless Smoky Mountain layers, deep valleys, and the glowing lights of Pigeon Forge far below. The views here are the kind that make people stop and stare the moment they step outside; the kind locals still pull over to photograph. Eagles glide past at eye level, sunsets feel unreal, and somehow the mountains never stop pulling your attention back outside.

Wraparound decks and walls of windows keep the unbelievable views of the Smokies constantly in front of you, from the living room, kitchen, hot tub, fire pits, and even the upstairs king bedroom.

During the day, its endless mountain layers, deep valleys, and views stretching for miles. At night, the mountains go dark while the lights of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville glow below the ridges. On many evenings, you can even catch the Dollywood fireworks in the distance.

We redesigned the cabin to feel warm, moody, and calming without taking attention away from what’s outside the windows.

Upstairs features the main living, dining, kitchen, and record player lounge spaces, along with the king suite and ensuite bathroom with heated floors and dual shower heads.

Downstairs was designed more for slowing down, with a wellness / movement space, massage chair, arcade games, theater room with oversized TV and sleeper sofa, drink station with coffee and tea setup, plus a soaking tub with rain shower and heated floors.

Outside, you’ll find wraparound decks, hanging egg chairs, rocking chairs, a hammock, hot tub, fire pits, and mountain views in every direction.

A panoramic-view sauna overlooking the mountains and valleys is currently being added to the backyard and is expected to be completed by June 2026.

Whether you’re listening to jazz beside the record player, soaking in the hot tub while the mountains fade into silhouette, or finding yourself dancing barefoot across the wood floors without even thinking about it… this place has a way of slowing everything down.

And while the Smokies and everything in Pigeon Forge are just minutes away… you may find yourself never wanting to leave the cabin at all.

From the upper fire pit, you can take in sweeping views of Mount LeConte, the Smokies, deep valleys, and the glowing lights of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville stretching far below.

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAUNA NOTE

💧 WATER SYSTEM
The home uses well water and is equipped with a water softener due to naturally hard water in the area. For added peace of mind, the system also includes UV sterilization.
Guests will find a reverse-osmosis filtered drinking water tap at the kitchen sink for drinking and cooking—no need to bring bottled water.

🦅 WILDLIFE & NATURE
At this elevation, wildlife doesn’t always stay in the distance. Guests may spot chipmunks, foxes, woodchucks, squirrels, and the occasional black bear passing through the property.
And sometimes, something unforgettable. Bald eagles have been seen soaring past the deck close enough to see every detail as they glide through the mountain air.
This is a true Smoky Mountain setting: peaceful, wild, immersive, and incredibly special.

🚗 DRIVEWAY NOTE
Please note: the cabin is located at the very top of the mountain and does require a steep paved mountain drive to reach the property. The driveway levels out at the top with parking for 2–3 vehicles comfortably.

And yes… the drive is absolutely worth it.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $39 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
