As with any shared-building setting, guests may occasionally hear light ambient sounds or footsteps from neighbors above. ***Important Booking Requirements***
This property requires a $300 refundable security deposit, signed rental agreement, and ID verification prior to check-in.
Parking passes are required and must be returned at checkout. Failure to return a parking pass will result in fees and charges as outlined in the rental agreement.

Cancellation policy: Eligible cancellations at least 7 days before arrival receive a 96% refund. No refund is available within 7 days of arrival. The 48-hour free-cancellation grace period applies when arrival is at least 72 hours away at booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
